1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the 20% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million & 0/100 (₱ 45, 000, 000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING UNITS @ BRGY. SAN JOSE (MARICRUM), BACON DISTRICT, SORSOGON CITY under identification number CW 2026-07-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
