The subject of this order is the selection of a consultant for the exercise of construction supervision of the activities in connection with the implementation of an object: "Capital dredging basin-maneuvering area to T2A and port terminal Burgas-West", which is included in the investment program of the DP "Port Infrastructurea".
Dredging activities are part of stage 1.2. of the permit for the construction of the site, with the aim being to create the water area to berth No. 28 of Port Terminal Burgas West and achieve sufficient navigational depth in the approach and maneuvering area.
The activities included in the scope ofthis order, are the exercise of construction supervision during the capital dredging, control over the implementation of safety measures and monitoring of the cleanliness of the environment and the necessary actions to put the site into operation, including preparation of a technical passport of the object.
Objectthe construction contract according to Art. 137, paragraph 1, item 1 of the ZUT is construction of II group, first category.
