This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Parks and Trails Branch ("ECC") to prospective contractors to submit proposals for tree and shrub planting work in Birds Hill ProvincialPark as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work").The work is being done in Birds Hill Provincial Park Campground Sage, Robin and Junco Bays in Manitoba near Oakbank. The work site location will be partially occupied during construction with camping seasonopening in May long weekend and some camping in Sage and Junco Bays.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process on behalf of ECC.
