INVITATION TO BID FOR
SIPHONING OF SEPTIC TANKS AT VARIOUS PGNE HOSPITALS/ FACILITIES
1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (P 1, 235, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Siphoning of Septic Tanks at Various PGNE Hospitals/ Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGNE now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery and installation of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
