The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF) intends to award a standalone, Firm-Fixed Price contract for the movement of government materials.

Description:
The Navy is undertaking an effort to revitalize and optimize industrial infrastructure at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF). To support upcoming military construction projects, PSNS&IMF needs short-haul flatbed trucking services to relocate between 60, 000-100, 000-sqft, approximately 4-5 million pounds, of government-owned outdoor equipment and materials, between various Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) government sites and government leased facilities.
Scope:
Contractor will relocate all equipment and materials identified by Contracting Officer Representative (COR) up to the maximum quantity outlined in the approved vendor quote. All locations are less than 35-miles by roadway from each other. The loading and unloading of materials from contractor vehicles will be the responsibility of government personnel using government owned material handling equipment. No hazardous materials (HAZMAT) will be handled or hauled by the Contractor.

Period of Performance - 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027
