This single-award framework agreement with purchase orders concerns the supply and delivery of road salts in bulk and in bags intended for the salting of municipal roads and public spaces. The framework agreement is single-awarded. The successful holder will be consulted each time a problem occurs. necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Order Code (CCP), and articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to purchase orders. This single-awarder framework agreement with purchase orders is governed by application of article R. 2162-4 paragraph 2 (CCP) without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount fixed in value: Lot 1 - Supply and delivery of road melt: €25, 000 excluding tax and Lot 2 - Supply and delivery of bags of road salt: €10, 000 excluding tax The applicable prices will be those of the unit price schedule. Prices will be applied to the quantities actually ordered. This framework agreement is entered into for a period of 1 year from the date of notification to the holder. It can then be renewed 3 times, tacitly, for a period of 1 year. Its duration cannot therefore exceed 4 years.
