Description: This consultation concerns the single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms for carrying out drinking water works and resumption of connections on behalf of the Inter-municipal drinking water supply association for the region of Isle-Adam. The single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded for a period of one (1) year from its notification. The contract can be renewed for a period of one year, within the limit of three renewals. The description of the work and their technical specifications are given in the Cahier des clauses techniques particular (CCTP). In the absence of indication in the act of engagement of the domicile elected by the holder near the works, the notifications relating to the contract will be validly made to the union, until the holder has made known to the contracting authority of the contract the address of the domicile he has chosen.
