Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The services are described in the CCTP. The terms and conditions are detailed in the documents of the framework agreement. Framework agreement without minimum but with a maximum of 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement. The contracting authority has decided not to award this framework agreement for the following reasons: the technical and environmental nature of the missions entrusted require global coordination of services. Devolution in batches would make technically difficult to perform the services. The framework agreement will take effect from its date of notification for a period of one year at the end of which it will be renewed for periods of one year, by tacit renewal, three times by the Person Public. The duration of the framework agreement may not exceed 4 years.
