Tender Details

The purpose of this framework project management agreement is to provide all project management services relating to the operation and additional services related to project management which will prove necessary during the studies with a view to: • Creating a double flow mechanical ventilation • Remove heat emitters to install fan coils connected to the production of nearby heat pumps (near BAT 3 and 4 platform) • Refresh the interior of the premises (painting, relamping, floors, ceilings, etc.) • Repair of the waterproofing and insulation of the roof terrace, to allow the subsequent installation of PV panels if necessary • Replace the exterior joinery of the building taking into account the particular situation: o of the south-east curtain facade and its exterior passageway o of the north-west part of the building subject to acoustic pollution generated by nearby HVAC equipment • If necessary, carry out suitable insulation of the walls of the building
