This framework agreement concerns the supply of waste baskets and ashtrays, intended for the collection of small-volume waste in public spaces, in order to contribute to the urban cleanliness of the community. The framework agreement therefore aims to supply of this equipment according to a model defined by the City of Troyes. This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders broken down into two lots as follows: Lot n°1: Supply of waste baskets: maximum annual amount: €45, 000 excluding tax - Lot n°2: Supply of post ashtrays: maximum annual amount: €25, 000 excluding tax. The successful holder will be consulted, whenever a need arises, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code of the Public Order, and in articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to purchase orders. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification to the holder. It may be tacitly renewed twice per period of one year, i.e. a maximum duration of 3 years. Candidates must MANDATORYLY provide, in support of their offer, for both lots, prototypes whose descriptions are indicated in the CCTP and the Consultation Regulations.
