This framework agreement concerns the supply of posts, fixed and removable barriers and rotating barriers intended for the replacement of existing equipment or the installation of new devices, in the public and private domain of the community. There consultation aims to equip the public spaces of the municipality with durable, functional and aesthetic street furniture, making it possible to improve the comfort and quality of life of users. The furniture must meet the criteria of accessibility, safety, and durability, while being respectful of the environment. This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders broken down into two lots as follows: Lot 1: Supplies of posts, fixed and removable barriers: maximum amount annual: €50, 000 excluding tax - Lot 2: Supplies of rotating barriers: maximum annual amount: €20, 000 excluding tax. The successful holder will be consulted, whenever a need arises, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of the articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Order Code, and articles R2162-13 and 14 for the provisions specific to purchase orders. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification to the holder. It could be tacitly renewed twice per period of one year, i.e. a maximum duration of 3 years. Candidates must MANDATORYLY provide in support of their offer, for lot no. 1, two samples, the descriptions of which are indicated in the Specifications. Particular Administrative and Consultation Regulations. This is the 2nd relaunch of the consultation declared without further action for reasons of inconclusiveness, by decisions no. 2025/D0086 of 10/14/2025 and no. 2025/D0087 of 10/14/2025.
