Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is: - the renewal of toll and access control equipment for car parks in structures and enclosures; - equipment with toll and access control equipment for enclosed parking lots, the creation of which is considered; - technical and operating training for operators; - maintenance (levels 3 and 4) of said equipment. The services will include: - the supply of equipment and installation elements, according to the description; - if applicable the removal of old equipment and their recycling; - cabling; - the installation, installation, connection and configuration of equipment; - technical and operating training for operators; - a two-year warranty including maintenance preventive and curative package. In this sense, a command group was formed between the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole and Troyes Parc Auto, in accordance with the provisions of articles L2113-6 and L2113-7 of the Public Order Code. The coordinator of the group is the City of Troyes. As such, and in application of the order grouping agreement, it is the responsibility of the City of Troyes to carry out the entire award procedure until notification of said contracts. Each entity will execute the contracts in its own name. This concerns the relaunch of lots 1 and 2 declared without action by decisions no. D2026/0004 and D2026/0005 of January 23, 2026 due to the receipt of irregular offers. Mandatory site visit As part of the this market, the visit to an existing car park (parking des halles) and an enclosed car park (parking Victor Hugo) is obligatory and will be carried out only by appointment made by the candidate with the person referenced in the regulations of the consultation.
