Order group formed between the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM) and the CMAS of Troyes, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The City of Troyes ensures the functions of coordinator of the group. Each member of the group, as far as it is concerned, will execute the framework agreement in its own name. This framework agreement concerns the acquisition of professional catering and laundry equipment (reconditioning oven temperature, cold room, stove, dishwasher, gas frying pan, washing machine and dryer, etc.), for the City of Troyes, the Municipal Social Action Center (CMAS) of Troyes and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM). Estimated notification date: mid-July 2026. Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum amount, with a maximum annual amount for each member of the group: - Lot 1 Professional kitchen catering equipment (Maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 500, 000 excluding tax / TCM 80, 000 excluding tax / CMAS 50, 000 excluding tax) - Lot 2 Professional laundromat equipment (Maximum annual amount: City of Troyes 50, 000 excluding tax / TCM 20, 000 excluding tax / CMAS 10, 000 excluding tax) The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 1 year from its date of notification to the holder, renewable 3 times by tacit renewal and for a period of one year.
