The purpose of the framework agreement is the execution of site management services for linear works (viaduct and tunnel), it aims in particular: - Works supervision mission: ensuring the security, safety and monitoring of the works made available - Management of coactivity online work: manage the logistics unit and the permit office - Management of temporary equipment: supply, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary equipment contributing to safety and operation, establishment of a supervision system - Securing the works and coordination of the safety of people and property: ensure coordination with emergency services, keep places safe, ensure awareness of people working in tunnels. The consultation takes the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. It is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 3 years from the date of notification to the holder.
