The Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) is issuing this Small Purchase (SP) for entities that can offer auditing of unique services for the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development programs Block Grant - Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). This document defines the Single Audit Services tasks that the selected Provider(s) must perform to support the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) during the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2026. Single Audit Services will cover federal compensation expenses for state-administered financial assistance programs originally defined in the Federal Single Audit Act of 1984 (31 U.S.C. 7501 et seq.), was later superseded by the Federal Single Audit Amendments of 1996 (P.L.104-156), and finally superseded by Title 2 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guide). The auditor selected for this assignment is expected to perform the Single Audit to fully comply with all the requirements established in the Amendments to the Federal Single Audit of 1996, the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), and all applicable federal rules and regulations.
