The purpose of the market is to select a partner offering a system for evaluating, monitoring and enhancing the quality of the Company's real estate projects according to various environmental, social, societal and economic criteria. This Assessment of the quality of the projects will be made on the basis of one or more standards developed by the candidate, who must justify: - their adequacy with the parameters listed in this document in article 1.5; - their suitability for specificities of the projects carried out by the Company (typology, new/rehabilitation, climate, etc.). The framework agreement is single-award and with purchase orders. It is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount of 900, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. over the duration of the framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement is one (1) year, renewable three (3) times by tacit agreement up to a maximum of four (4) years.
