This framework agreement concerns the supply and delivery of water bottles for the various services of the City of Troyes and mainly establishments welcoming young children. This single-award framework agreement with purchase orders is governed in application of article R. 2162-4 paragraph 2° of the Public Order Code with a maximum annual amount set at: for lot no. 1: Supply of water bottles for establishments welcoming young children. €12, 000 excluding tax and for lot no. 2 : Supply of water bottles for other establishments: €8, 000 excluding tax. Duration of the framework agreement: this framework agreement is entered into for a period of 1 year from the date of notification to the holder. It can then be renewed 3 times, tacitly, per period of 1 year. Its duration cannot therefore exceed 4 years. The issuance of purchase orders can only take place during the period of validity of the framework agreement. The holder cannot refuse the tacit renewal of the framework agreement. If the Collectivité decides not to renew the framework agreement, it will send the holder, at least 1 month before its expiry, a letter of non-renewal by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt via their Xmarches.fr buyer profile. Delivery time: fixed at 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order form by the holder. However, the candidate can propose a shorter deadline (article E2 of the act of commitment). Failure to comply with this deadline will result in the penalty of delay provided for this purpose within the CCP. Sector of activity: Distributed water
