The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of single- and multi-core cables for wagon repairs at the P3, P4 and P5 levels. The winner of the procedure will be obliged to sign a framework agreement for a period of 4 years. The estimated annual quantities of cables are included in Annex 1 - List of single- and multi-core cables. We reserve the right to change the type of cables and their estimated lengths by ± 20%. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of negotiating the terms of the contract during the proceedings by asking questions until the deadline for submitting offers. After the completion of the proceedings, the terms of the contract are not subject to negotiation. Requirements: · the offer should include the net unit price for 1 meter of all items from the annex, · validity of the offer min. 90 days. The offer should absolutely include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer). 2. Completion time of the subject of the proceedings - up to 4 weeks from placing the order. 3. Duration of the offer. 4. Warranty terms - 48 months. 5.
