Simultaneous translation services from Uzbek/Russian to English and from English to Uzbek/Russian during meetings of the Supervisory Board and Risk Management Committee. Estimated number of meetings until the end of 2026 within the framework of the contract up to 30 times (It will be determined based on the customer's needs). The average duration of one Majlis is 2-4 hours. Meeting form - online (via Zoom/MS Teams/Webex or other platform), up to 28 times within the contract; - offline (at the Customer's premises or other at the address), up to 2 times within the contract. During the year, it is necessary to provide the rental of simultaneous translation equipment for offline meetings up to 2 times within the framework of the contract. The total price of the contract is considered to be the highest total price of the services and the contract may be reduced depending on the amount of Services requested by the Customer during the validity period. In this case, the Customer is not obliged to order the services for all or part of the higher price of the Services, the order of the services will not pay the price of unmade volumes and will not compensate the Contractor for any costs or losses related to this.
