the department of the treasury, irs, bep acquisitions, intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to purchase simplek software licenses and service support for both dcf and wcf locations from prosystech, inc.



Market research conducted by acquisition personnel has determined that prosystech, inc. Is proprietary and therefore any necessary support is required to be obtained directly from prosystech, inc. This fact was confirmed, in writing, by a representative from prosystech, inc. Therefore, it has been determined that there is only one responsible source eligible to meet the needs with far 13.106-1(b) (1).
