Tender Details

The existing sewer on Simon Koopmanstraat must be replaced by a separate system (wastewater and rainwater drainage) over approximately 1, 500 meters. Furthermore, the road must be equipped with bicycle lanes at a speed of 30 km/h. The paving of the roadway, bicycle lanes and sidewalks are largely bricks and tiles. The assignment consists of three parts: 1. Create an implementation design (hereinafter referred to as: UO) based on the established final design (hereinafter referred to as: DO); 2. Optimizing the UO, associated quantity statement, implementation planning, open budget and submitting a final offer. 3. After acceptance of the offer, carrying out work in accordance with your own offer.
