The project is located in Charlottetown PE, adjacent to Simmons Arena (170 North River Road). The project generally includes development, design, testing, manufacturing, delivery, supply, installation and warranting of a complete artificial turf surfacing system including, infill, granular leveling course, reinstatement and all other labour, materials, equipment and surveying required to complete the works as shown on the drawings and describer herein. Work by others includes all of the work beneath the artificial turf surface system granular leveling course including the curbing system. Proponents are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site meeting, held at Simmons Field at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 27, 2026. Questions may be asked and description of the Work may be discussed during this meeting, however no minutes of the meeting will be distributed. Modifications made by way of addenda, to proposal requirements or the Contract Documents, shall be binding. Only information provided as written responses to questions through posted addenda shall be relied upon.
