Tender Details

The motion picture broadcasting and recorded sound division (mbrs) within the library of congress requires silver recovery services for their film preservation laboratory.
The library of congress intends to issue a single award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract (idiq). Individual orders may be placed on a firm fixed price basis, the cumulative value of which will not exceed the maximum defined in the contract.
Selection of award will be based on the evaluation of quotations in accordance with far 15.101-2 best value-lowest priced technically acceptable. The government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the contracting officer determines them to be necessary. In order to be considered technically acceptable, the vendor is required to meet the requirements specified in section c.3 of the solicitation. Quotes that are received under this solicitation will be rated as either acceptable or unacceptable. Please consult the list of document viewers if you cannot open a file.
