Expression of Interest are invited for Signing MOU for Execution of Projects for Underground High Voltage (HV) Cable System Ranging from 66 KV to 400 KV Including System Design, Installation and Commissioning in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

TCIL has been executing contract for power distribution network up to 36 KV since last 5 years in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). There are tremendous opportunities likely to arise for execution of underground High Voltage (HV) Cable Power Projects up to 400 KV. TCIL intend to venture into such HV projects in Power Sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
In this regard TCIL is looking for a prospective leading company dealing in Power system design, supply and/or installation of underground HV cable system ranging from 66 KV to 400 KV in
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and willing to join hands with TCIL to participate in such projects for mutual benefits. Interested companies may submit their EOI proposal as detailed below latest by
May 01, 2017 till 3:00 PM (IST). TCIL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EOI submitted without assigning any reason.
2. BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
3. The contract will be executed by TCIL. TCIL will use the Experience and manpower (jointer/Technician/Engineer) from bidder and will pay consultancy fee and manpower charges.
4. Consultancy fee as a % of revenue from project concerned will be paid on back to back basis and manpower charges as per approved rates on monthly basis.
5. The successful bidder needs to enter into an MOU with TCIL for underground HV Cable system ranging from 66 KV to 400 KV including system design, installation and commissioning in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is enclosed
as Annexure-1. This EOI shall be part of agreement. The validity of MOU shall be 24 months.
6. The bidder shall submit the price in the Price Schedule enclosed as Annexure-2 for evaluation of Bid.
