Call For Request Request No. RQQ-2026-RTTC-116 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Request to Qualify and Quote for Signals Engineering Design Services for Union Station Rail Corridor. The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from Proponents for the provision of Signals Engineering Design Services for Union Station Rail Corridor on an emergent basis over a three (3) years period with option to extend to two (2) one (1) year terms. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Request Document Throughout the USRC fiscal year, work emerges that has not been specifically identified in the USRC capital program and is classified as emergent work. This work may include provision of preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, Engineer of Record (EOR) and management of services for work to be completed on an as required basis pertaining to Metrolinx ESD Signals and Communications.
