Special Instructions to Bidders: 1. Substitutes my be considered as long as the meet or exceed the minimum specifications and quality as outlined in the above table. 2. Decoration method: SIGA may consider other decoration methods, if the option provides a better-quality finish. Include pricing of noted decoration and as well as other methods. 3. The official artwork and SIGA logos will be provided to the successful vendor. See Appendix 2 for sample logo images. 4. A digital “mock-up” of the image/logo placement on the merchandise are required with bid submission. 5. SIGA will obtain and approve all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable. 6. Digital proofs must be provided and approved by SIGA prior to production. 7. All setup charges to be included in the spaced provided in the pricing table 8. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided. 9.
