Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to designate the future concessionaire of the public drinking water service (production, transport and distribution) of the Syndicat mIxte des Eaux de la Haute-Loue. The scope of the concession is made up of 80 municipalities as of 01/10/2027 (i.e. 41, 449 inhabitants). It will be completed by 3 municipalities as of 01/01/2029 (+ 1, 900 inhabitants) and 14 wholesale water sales. This procedure is carried out in application of the provisions of part 3 of the Public Order Code relating to concession contracts and articles L1411-1 et seq. and R1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Local Authorities. The procedure put in place is called a “restricted” procedure. The candidate will first submit a file of candidacy. The Public Service Concession Commission mentioned in article L. 1411-5 of the General Code of Territorial Authorities will draw up the list of candidates admitted to submit an offer after examining their file and their capacities economic, financial, technical and professional, their professional and financial guarantees, as well as their compliance with the obligation to employ disabled workers and their ability to ensure the continuity of public service and equality of users before the public service.
