Tender Details

The purpose of the procurement procedure concerns the supply of all the elements intended to make an HT (High Voltage)/LV (Low Voltage) transformation cabin Smart. By this we mean the supply of the equipment necessary for remote control and remote signaling ofs HV switches and/or supervision of LV networks supplied by these cabins. The aim of the market is to conclude a Framework Agreement with several Economic Operators. The market is made up of 7 lots: Lot 1: RTU boxes Lot 2: 48/24 Vdc auxiliary power supply with impo energy reservertante Lot 3: 24 Vdc Auxiliary Power Supply with limited energy reserve Lot 4: LV monitoring equipment low voltage panel (Smart strips) Lot 5: LV Power Measurement Module Lot 6: Telecom equipment / routers Lot 7: RTU Light boxes The goal is to conclude, batch by batch, aCascading Framework Agreement with all Bidders who have submitted a compliant offer. Only the Bidder ranked first according to the award criteria will be considered an "active" Winner. The other Bidders, having submitted a regular offer, will be considered as A"reserve" bidders. Their contract can only be activated in the event of default by the active Contractor (cascade principle). In this context, the Contracting Authority will reserve the right to call on the reserve Contractor having submitted the 2nd most economically advantageous offer....
