Tender Details

The object of the procurement procedure is the supply of plates for access to underground cabins and buried valves.

The market consists of 2 lots:

Lot 1: Cabin-underground access plate

Lot 2: Custom-made cabin-underground access plate

The aim of the market is to concludeure a Framework Agreement with an Economic Operator and a reserve Contractor.

The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer.

For lot 1, the 2 best offers will be awarded a contract. In compliance with Article 47 of the royal decree executed on January 14, 2013, the contract of the highest ranked offer will be activated, and the other will be inactive. If the first contractor does not fulfill its obligations, the cascade system may be activated, and the contract of the second Contractor will be activated.

Lot 2 corresponding to custom-made tags, it will be awarded toall compliant bidders from lot 1 with the objective of putting each need in the lot into competition again (principle of mini-competition between all the successful bidders in the lot).
