RFQ 36C24525Q0730(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number 36C24525Q0730 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract.(iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, 06/11/2025.(iv) This solicitation intends to award a contract through a SDVOSB set-aside competition. The NAICS North American Industrial Classification System Code 339112 with a size standard of 1, 000 Employees.(v) See Attachment A Schedule for a list of line-item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for a Shower Chairs for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center.
