Introduction
This is a notice of intent in accordance with FAR (Revolutionary FAR Overhaul-RFO) Part 5, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.
Purpose
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Health Security (OHS) intends to negotiate a commercial FAR (RFO) Part 12, firm-fixed priced, purchase order on a sole source basis with Shoreland, Inc. (933 N Mayfair Rd, STE 208, Milwaukee, WI, 53226. UEI: GJ9JG8822DW5) for their Enterprise Travax Subscription Travel Health Services in support of the DHS OHS mission requirements.
