The contract is a total contract based on total price. According to the tender documents, the contract includes the shore structures of the Susiluoto coast guard station area, including e.g. construction works of the breakwater and pier-related waterworks, pier relocations 2 pc and related modification works, demolition and ramping of the railing of the IA ramp as well as the old pier and support structure. Earthworks, e.g. water and drainage works for the piers, earthworks for regional electricity, demolition and landscaping of the current fuel distribution station, earthworks, excavation and concrete works for the new filling station. The contractor acts as the main contractor of the site and the electrical work in the area and the distribution station's equipment work are done as separate contracts procured by the customer.
