The Rural Municipality of Caledonia #99 invites qualified contractors to submit sealed tenders for the construction of a new municipal shop and possible cold storage facility. The project consists of a fully serviced heated shop and the possibility of an attached cold storage structure, to be constructed on municipally owned land located at: Blk E Plan 101342258 Ext 23 IMPORTANT: The Municipality is considering constructing either: The heated shop only 70 ft X 80 ft, or Both the heated shop and cold storage facility 70 ft X 140 ft Bidders must provide separate pricing for each component as outlined in Section 6. The Municipality may elect to exclude electrical and/or plumbing work from the contract. The project must be substantially completed by December 31, 2026.
