The order concerns the rental services of an indoor shooting range with facilities for conducting theoretical and practical examinations, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of July 28, 2023 on the examination on knowledge of regulations regarding possession of weapons and skills in using weapons (Journal of Laws 2023.1475), for persons applying for a weapons permit. Requirements for the facility: -The facility should fully meet the needs of the Ordering Party, in accordance with Annex 2 of the Regulation Ministry of the Interior and Administration of July 28, 2023 (Journal of Laws 2023.1475), i.e. shooting with combat firearms - central fire pistols and revolvers, shooting with gas alarm weapons, shooting with single-fire submachine guns, shooting with smooth-bore shotguns, shooting with semi-automatic and semi-automatic rifles, icarbines with single fire, shooting with rimfire weapons - icarbine - Shooting range ventilation - Monitoring - Shooting participants are covered by third party liability insurance - Parking lot paved for min. 40 vehicles - Sanitary facilities - Entry for disabled people and toilets for disabled people - Important noise measurement tests at the facility - Heated and air-conditioned lecture hall for 50 people - Heated and air-conditioned waiting room for 50 people - Air-conditioned and heated rooms - Shooting range with 8 shooting axes equipped with target guns - Automatic distance change every 5 m - Fully indoor shooting range adapted for shooting from a lying position - Walls and anti-ricochet floor made of materials...
