Shoes Winter boots Special summer shoes WS Special winter shoes WS The subject of the order is the delivery (including transport) of footwear indicated in the Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.4 to SWZ, produced on the basis of Military Technical Documentation Technological (WDTT) and Technical and Operational Requirements (WT-U), compliant with current subject patterns applicable in the Ministry of National Defense. The contractor will deliver the items of the order produced on the basis of WDTT and WT-U as well as current ones patterns confirmed by the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Uniform Service in Łódź 90-613, ul. Gdańska 89 (WOBW SM) for mass production. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in WDTT, WT-U and designed ones provisions of the contract. In the quantity and size specification, the Ordering Party reserves the right to include up to 20% of items in non-standard sizes that are not included in WDTT and WT-U. The offered items must be of the required quality and quantity, come from production in 2026 and be brand new. This rule also applies to the materials and additives used to make them. The subjects of the contract are subject to quality supervision, which will be carried out by the designated District Representative on behalf of the Ordering Party Military (RPW). Acceptance in accordance with the acceptance rules contained in individual WDTT and WT-U and draft contractual provisions (agreement).
