Shirts for authorized customs officials The subject of procurement is uniforms for authorized customs officers (shirts), in accordance with the Ordinance on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24 and 14/26) and Regulations, Cost List and individual items and other required conditions indicated in this Documentation. A detailed description of the procurement item can be found in the Cost Sheet from Attachment no. 2. of this Documentation (hereinafter: Cost Sheet) and from Annex no. 6. of this Documentation, in: -Registration for men's long-sleeved shirts, -Registration for women's long-sleeved shirts, -Registration for men's short-sleeved shirts, -Registration for women's short-sleeved shirts, -Register number 26 - Labels. When creating an item procurement, the tenderer is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Ordinance on Uniforms and Civilian Clothing of Authorized Customs Officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration (Official Gazette, No. 111/24 and 14/26). What is not defined by the mentioned Ordinance is made according to the Regulations for a specific part of the uniform. In case of conflict between the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothing of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, the Customs Administration and the Regulations for a certain part of the uniform, the Rulebook on uniforms and civilian clothes of authorized customs officers of the Ministry of Finance, Customs Administration.
