Title: Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program Multi-Mission Dry Dock, Multiple Award Construction Contract
Type: Preliminary Pre-Solicitation Notice
Location: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY & IMF), and other areas under the cognizance of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).

However, smaller task orders may be issued to support smaller efforts like Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and/or Alternative Technical Concepts (ATC). Additionally, all MACC holders may be issued task orders for the same scope of work for ECI and/or ATC. And where justified, task order award may be issued to a single MACC holder.
