Multiple award construction contract (macc), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract at sheppard afb, texas, lake texoma annex, texas, altus afb, oklahoma, and frederick airfield, oklahoma.
Notice to offerors:
a. 5-year ordering period
b. The government anticipates awarding up to 6 contracts as a result of this solicitation.
C. For the life of the resultant contracts, the maximum aggregate value of all task orders awarded shall not exceed $150, 000, 000.
D. Specifications and drawings will be provided with individual task orders (to)
e. This request for proposal is being issued pursuant to section 8(a) of the small business act (15 u.s.c. 637(a)).applicable naics code for the macc is 238990 with a size standard of $15, 000, 000; however, it is anticipated that work in other construction disciplines will also be awarded under subsequent task orders. Limited to 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the sba district offices in texas and oklahoma, and other 8(a) construction firms with bona fide place of business within the geographical area and the assigned naics code. All other 8(a) participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
Note: the magnitude of construction for the sample project is between $250, 000.00 and $500, 000.00.

any subsequent amendments will be posted through the federal business opportunities (http://fbo.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation documents and any amendments.
