The City is seeking a proponent to deliver a solution that supports content management, records management, collaboration, and information governance across the organization. The Work is expected to include the following: •redesign of the City-s existing intranet in SharePoint Online; •design of information architecture, libraries, and metadata aligned with the LGMA records classification system (included as Appendix “B”); •implementation of retention labels, retention policies, and related compliance controls in Microsoft Purview; and •training and knowledge transfer for the City-s Records Management and IT teams.
