The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The WCB requires Consulting services to assist with the development, deployment and support of solutions within the WCB's SharePoint 2016 environment.The WCB requires the Contractor to provide consulting services to assist the WCB's IT department in the development, deployment and support of solutions in SharePoint 2016 environment.The Contractor is expected to be able to perform the following Services, subject to any agreed upon changes to the scope of work in the SOWs:(a) "Forms" - consulting services to analyse, design, develop, implement, and support forms developed in SharePoint. Forms may be simple "out-of-the-box" to highly complex custom designed solutions that include additional functionality available in SharePoint such as workflows, alerts, MS Office integration, etc.;(b) "Sites" - consulting services to analyse, design, develop, implement, and support department portals, team sites, project sites, and community sites in SharePoint;(c) "SharePoint Solutions" - consulting services to analyse, design, develop, implement, and support business solutions developed using a broad suite of SharePoint and MS Office functionality;(d) "Training" - consulting services to provide training for end users and power users in SharePoint; and(e) "Documentation" - consulting services to create appropriate support or user documentation which may include but not limited to, user guides...
