Health, Information Management has a requirement for 5 licenses for ShareGate Software SharePoint Support Tool. The software is required to provide technical and user support for the Alberta Health SharePoint (SP) 2016 environment, including:- Website content transfers that maintain all metadata from source to destination- Transfers from shared drives to SharePoint websites- Content transfer between SharePoint sites- The ability to assess any applicable warnings before documents are moved (like checked out documents or document versions)- Generating custom reports that ShareGate provides in order to maintain the legal integrity of the contentAdditional Software Support and Maintenance--------------------------------------------------------------The Purchaser may require software maintenance and support for two (2) years following the expiration of the software maintenance and support for year one (1). The terms and conditions of software maintenance and support for years two (2) and three (3) must be identical to the software maintenance and support for year one (1). The software maintenance and support costs for years two (2) and three (3) will form part of the award decision, and the Contract. The Purchaser may purchase software maintenance and support for years two (2) and three (3) on the same terms and conditions, including pricing.
