Shared information system TA CR - stage 4 The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "RD4") with one or more participants, on the basis of which the contracting authority will, in the form of partial public contracts (mini-tenders), request professional activities aimed at completion and further development of the Shared Information System of TA CR (SISTA) and functionalities in the SISTA Ecosystem. SISTA is an open, modular and scalable platform that the client is building as a successor to the existing ISTA and IS BETA information systems for administration of targeted support for research and development. The SISTA ecosystem is designed so that individual services, components and technological knowledge can be shared with other public administration entities and used in various application contexts. Fulfillment consists in provision of professional activities across the development life cycle: analytical and documentation activities, process analysis and scenario designs, UX/UI design and user validation, design and implementation of testing, architectural design and prototyping, programming and implementation of functionalities to production quality, integration and data activities, deployment and operational preparation (CI/CD), security and compliance, and operation and maintenance of services in experimental operation. Individual services will be awarded in the form of mini-tenders, as per s by renewing the competition between participants (§ 135 ZZVZ) and without renewing the competition (§ 134 ZZVZ).
