The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a payment contract between the contracting authority and the supplier, which results in the supplier's obligation to provide 78 mechanical bicycles and 20 electric bicycles for sharing / lending to users in the territory of the city of Žďár nad Sázavou and of the municipality of Polnička, in operation at all times, including the operation of the public bicycle sharing system and the operation of an application supporting the operation of the bicycle sharing/rental system. All bicycles operated will meet the conditions for operation on land communications and all mandatory technical parameters according to relevant legal regulations.
