Shade Structures and Sails
In 2020, Penrith City Council completed a significant shade delivery program across over 90 playgrounds. This current tender will form a 3-year contract (schedule of rates) with possibility of 2x1 year extensions at Councils discretion to extend to deliver any new shade sails or shade structures as well as any replacements and or required of existing infrastructure throughout the city. This may also include sails and structures installed prior to 2020. Council has developed a standard suite of sails and structures dimensions it typically installs over existing or new playgrounds. Further it may be the case that Council requires a custom size of sail or structure that deviates from the standard dimensions. A summary of the scope of works is listed below: - Design and construct new shade structures and sails. - Maintenance of the structures and sails.- Repairs to existing shade structures and sails.
