DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE(S) SHA is seeking a service provider that can provide attendance and return to work services to support employees in improving their attendance at work and wellness. Key components of this service would include a combination of daily attendance monitoring, early intervention support, case management expertise, facilitation of return-to-work processes, and health and wellness supports. As part of the SHA-s broader workforce initiatives, the organization aims to strengthen the supports available to Managers across its 200+ facilities. Give the complexity of a 24-hour care environment and the operational demands Managers face, SHA is seeking a partner that can provide practical tools, guidance, and expert case management support that reduces administrative burden and enhances consistency in addressing attendance and return-to-work situations. We are seeking vendors who can bring expertise, proven programs, tools, and innovative approaches to help shape the solution. Vendors may propose service models, staffing approaches, technologies, or methodologies that they believe will best achieve SHA-s goals of reducing avoidable absenteeism, improving manager support, and accelerating employees- return to safe, productive work, with a focus on sustainable reintegration that minimizes the likelihood of re-injury or recurrent absence.
