SFU operates three urban university campuses and a large on‑mountain residential community which includes a hotel. Each campus serves different populations, operational hours, and usage patterns. Proponents must understand the unique characteristics of each environment, as these directly influence labour planning, equipment staging, travel between buildings, security access, event coverage, and overall pricing.The successful proponent shall perform quality work according to the specified performance level of service and to the “Best Practice” of the janitorial industry.
