For each of the parts public procurement, a framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier. The subject of the public contract, or individual requested items are specified in detail in Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation (Price Table) and Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation (Technical conditions). This table also shows the expected annual volume of deliveries for all commissioning contracting authorities. The indicated expected volume of deliveries is the quantitative indication specified by the contracting authority for the purposes of processing tender prices (from which the contracting authority was also based on the determination of the assumed value) and it is therefore not a maximum or binding scope of supplies that can be or will be used by the contracting authority during the validity of the framework agreement, a sample of which forms Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation (Sample of Framework Agreement agreements). The public contract will be fulfilled on the basis of framework agreements concluded with one participant (selected supplier) for each of the 6 parts of the public contract.
