Note:
a. Price Quotation should be inclusive of the 5% Final VAT & w/holding Tax(EWT) of 1%
b. The Price Quotation forms shall be available at the office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor Admin. Bldg., ESSU Borongan, E. Samar on Aug. 24, 2015 and will be issued to any interested parties and Price Quotation shall be in a SEALED ENVELOPE.
c. The submission of Request for Price quotation will be on Sept. 1, 2015.. not later than 9AM at the BAC Office, 2nd Floor, Admin Bldg. and must be dropped in the QUOTATION DROP BOx.
d. Sealed Quotation will be opened and evaluated at 10AM on the same date.
e. The ESSU reserves the right: a) to accept or reject any Quotation; b) to annul the bidding process; c) to reject all bids anytime before the contract is awarded without incurring any liability to the affected parties/bidders.
