Tender Details

Within the High Level Forest Area, fire bases are strategically located to provide housing for seasonal staff, as well as providing pre-suppression of resources (helitack, unit, and firetack crews) in a readiness position to respond to initial wildfire starts and support sustained action. To ensure no interruptions to the Province-s wildfire suppression efforts, potable water delivery, and wastewater (sewage) removal are required on an “as needed” basis with no guarantees of work at the following bases:• Footner Lake Fire Base - located roughly 10 km north of the Town of High Levelo 07-08-11-119-W5 Legal Land Descriptiono 58 37.284 X 117 09.882 GPS• Steen River Fire Base - located roughly 147 km north of High Levelo 10-27-122-19-W5 Legal Land Description o 59 37.643 X 117 10.203 GPS• High Level Airtanker Base - located roughly 10 km north of the Town of High Levelo 07-08-11-119-W5 Legal Land Descriptiono 58 36.647 x -117 9.624 GPSServices will be requested using a call down list based upon the Proposal Evaluation Criteria stated in this RFP with the highest scoring Proponent in the first call position, followed by the second, and third.**Up to four (4) Contracts may be awarded**
