The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, awarded an Emergency sole source contract with BLUE CORD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, LLC for Emergency Piping Liner Installation, at the Asheville VA Medical Center (VAMC).
